Practice approach: I believe that massage therapy is a form of health care and I prefer to collaborate with my clients to support their health goals. I'm using a HIPPA compliant EHR through Hands Heal in order to better support this collaboration.  In the future I hope to be billing insurance companies for services in order to make theraputic massage more accesible.

Why do I do this? In my young adulthood I started a career as an environmental scientist and analyst.  Many hours crawling under bushes, slogging through streams and observing natural systems lead to a five year long journey battling Lyme disease.  During this time I recieved Cranial Sacral Therapy and was absolutly floored by the tremendous pain relief I recieved from such a gentle therapy. Once free from symptoms I enrolled in massage school and haven't looked back.
